Wandering “Saoshi”, Kikunosuke Kagurazaka cures frustrated women with his sexual technique. He comes across a man called Ishida, an owner of an adult entertainment complex in Kabukicho. Ishida controls girls using erotic hypnosis and makes them work as prostitutes. Kikunosuke, who has been looking for missing Rie, finds out that Rie is working under Ishida.
