Hakuryu becomes a relentless, pure embodiment of vengeance! The mad warrior who stands in his way is Susumu Terajima!! A small rural town is caught in the middle of a conflict: the local Gotoda-gumi versus the Ebisu-gumi, who want to seize land for industrial waste disposal.
