Reiko, a pampered college student, is busy every day with piano lessons and dates with her boyfriend. She's engaged to Katsuo, a tax accountant, and is overflowing with happiness, but tragedy strikes suddenly. Her father is criminally charged with tax evasion! He's taken away, and their assets are seized.
