Rookie cop Tokeen Jackson has just been given a new assignment: The elite Super Police Action Rescue Squad in Badger City! However, the S.P.A.R.S quickly find themselves in a situation not covered by their training; trapped in a mansion where the dead have come back to life and the mysterious Parasol Corporation is doing everything they can to cover it up.
