Episode I "Dainippon Knockout Girl" (Part 1, Part 2) Ryuko (Ayame Mizusaki) is cut off from her relatives by her cold-blooded aunt after she is told of her sister's death, and she loses her job after being sexually harassed by her boss (Morira Manzo) at work.
