Petros (Georgos Kambanellis), son of the factory owner Tsamis (Lavrentis Dianellos), is in love with his father's worker Martha (Martha Vourtsi). However, before they can get married, Tsamis' intrigues and scheming lead the relationship to a shipwreck and Petros marries the rich woman approved by his family.
