At first he is at odds with Ginji (Shinobu Sakagami) and others, but eventually a friendship develops between them. One day, Gan escapes, falls in love with a beautiful girl, Kanako, whom he met at his friends' apartment, and attacks her in an elevator, but is captured again. After being discharged from the hospital, Gan meets Kanako again, and although they are repulsed by each other, they become attracted to each other.
