Balsan graduated from school in Germany with a degree in economics and mastered the languages of three countries at a professional level, but due to his lack of success and ingenuity, he lives in a rented apartment in the neighborhood with his wife and two daughters. But one day he will earn a lot of money. His family says that they can improve their lives with that money, but Balsan, who is honest, does not allow it.
