Yelhou Jagoi, also known as Lai Haraoba, is a ritual dance from Manipur that re-enacts the myth of creation and celebrates the harmony between humans and nature. Through 364 hand gestures (Khutheks) in Laibou sequences, it portrays creation, flora and fauna, and human endeavor. The documentation features Nungnao Jagoi, depicting a child's birth and growth; Yumsarol, showing traditional house construction; and Panthoibi Jagoi, celebrating the love story of Nongpok Ningthou and Panthoibi.
