In 2002 Stan Brakhage provided the Viennale festival with an exceptionally colorful, dynamic handpainted film. It contains all the elements that have dominated Brakhage´s work during the last couple of years and merges the essential ingredients of cinema: color, light and movement.

The piper, angered, plays a new tune that has all the children of the city follow him, even the new twins the stork is preparing to deliver.
