Meanwhile, back in Nishinari, Koyukai and Nakane-gumi have been fighting for dominance, and the Tokuyama-kai’s territory has been completely taken over. As the Tokuyama-kai attempts to reclaim its turf, the powerful Mizuta-gumi and Jinra-gumi, backing Nakane-gumi and Koyukai from behind the scenes, move to wipe out the Tokuyama-kai entirely.
