Malice Slaughter has just escaped from the hospital for the criminality insane and has left a trail of dead bodies heading in the direction of Blue Lakes National Park. Hot on his trail is his Psychiatric Doctor Michael and FBI agent Ryan . A local radio host has been broadcasting a safety message to the general public to stay away from the park but little does she know her own sister has just entered the park along with a bunch of young girls and their mothers for a bird watching competition and camping trip happening this long weekend.
