Bickleigh is England's oldest inhabited castle, run today by owners Sarah and Robbie Hay as a top wedding and events venue. But in an age where the customer is always right and the staff working downstairs are no longer willing to be lorded over by those upstairs, can they hold it together for the all important summer season?
