Overview:
Rangrao is all set to become Goa's Chief Minister despite his links with terrorists. But one of his men has a change of heart and makes the dangerous choice to work against him. He spills the beans of Rangrao to the Party Chief. He is assigned the task of getting the evidence against Rangrao.
