The young Romanian Wanda works as a call girl. She has no idea that the reserved neighbor Waller has her constantly in his sights. She also has no idea that Waller is blackmailing her clients with his videotapes and dropping some of the money in her letterbox. One day, Waller and Wanda meet by chance in the hallway.
