Overview:
TS Beauties explores the love, lust, and forbidden situations and circumstances between four different couples. Scene one sees Aubrey Kate and her ex boyfriend Connor trying to maintain a professional relationship as she tries to sell him a house, only to fall prey to familiar feelings and lust. In the next scene we find Gina Hart and David Chase wondering if Gina's secret will create a problem in their relationship if David's young son finds out. Following this we find high powered and cocky businessman Nick Capra drawing his personal assistant Nina Lawless into his fantasy of sexual tension and generously offering his transgirl assistant what he thinks every woman dreams of, a night with him. Finally find Riley Quinn and Brock Avery, now free to explore and express their love after Brock's wife leaves him when she finds out about his affair with the beautiful young trans brunette.

Complementing the original atonal score is a narrative about a trans man who is outed by his girlfriend’s father and forbidden from seeing the young woman again. Crestfallen, the protagonist decides to prove the fact of his manhood by castrating a taxi driver and then revealing his newly transplanted member to the two of them. This story, which for LaBruce “serves as a kind of allegory for all gender radicals and outcasts driven to extremes by the disapproval and hostility of the dominant order,” is rendered in a visual style that nods to the era of Schoenberg’s melodrama. LaBruce cheekily appropriates the formal vocabulary of silent cinema with black-and-white photography, irises, and intertitles like “A cock, a cock, my kingdom for a cock!”
