Saim and Nazım, who are musicians, travel by ship to Istanbul. On board, they rescue a woman named Belma who is about to commit suicide. Belma was raised by her step-aunt after being left orphaned. Now her step-aunt is taking her to Istanbul to marry her off to her brother. Belma does not want to marry a man she does not love, but she cannot defy her aunt. Overview
