This is the Hospital for the Poor, the most discriminated institution in the public health system, this is the place where the young resident Dr. Lucas Stanley starts his career as a physician. Soon he finds out that strange and illegal affairs take place at the hospital, so he gets in an overlapping research, acting as an amateur investigator. But with every step he takes towards the resolution of the mystery, he feels more pressure and siege of those behind a dark conspiracy, and soon he finds himself lost in an alley of intrigue and danger which could not find the way back.
