Recorded on July 18, 1993 at Peer Blues Festival in Peer, Belgium whilst touring in support of the "Feel This" album. The band normally performed as a trio however for this show they add a keyboardist and two backing vocalists giving the songs greater depth and range taking the entire performance to a new level. The Jeff Healey Band were legendary live performers , this captures them at their very best.

Conceptually arranged in to a film “album”, Lion’s seven works navigate atomic fallout and a girl’s adolescence, a dream before death, radiation as a cause and cure for cancer, masculine bravado, feminine obsession, a trip to Chornobyl amongst the death of a matriarch, and the destruction of memory. Composed of seven works, Lion is a series of films created on 16mm and hand processed with darkroom techniques that mimic the effects of radiation on film. Researched in Chornobyl, the series is a product of memories, history, pop culture and technical experiments to create visual representations of invisible forces.

London Rock and Roll Show begins with excerpts from numerous "warm-up" performers shown singing either covers of 1950s hits, or original tunes, including a performance by Screaming Lord Sutch that threatens to end the concert prematurely when he brings a stripper on stage. The main concert segment begins with Bo Diddley and continues with a string of other major performers including Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, and Bill Haley and His Comets.
