While Alina Lopez is trying her hardest to study for her exam, her girlfriend is playing video games. Alina planned ahead and invited her classmate, Whitney Wright, to come over to study with her. Ava Parker is in the living room studying for an exam. Kristen Scott walks in and sits down next to her, realizing she's doing homework. Not wanting to interrupt her, she apologizes and gets up to leave. Ava stops her and tells her that she needs to talk to her about something. Lily Rader and Lily Adams are in the backyard playing catch. The girls have to test out the newbie, Athena Palomino, to see if she can make the cut for the softball team.
