Overview:
Six months after the Syberian storm operation (Agents X 2), led by Agent Dmitri to recover Dr Procto's neural control device, the risks of a major operation to transform heterosexuals into gays have never been so imminent. The device created by the professor would be ready to be used by a villain known as "Her Majesty", and while Mother has disappeared, X agents around the world are looking for her to prevent this catastrophe.
