A lonely Manhattan dog walker (Harry Reems) secretly wishes he were a gorilla, and has various sexual fantasies about making love to women while dressed as a gorilla. One day in Central Park he meets a secretary and takes her back to the apartment of his employer Mrs. Mammal, only to be surprised when Mrs. Mammal and her husband return home early.
