Gene is running away from the wrath of his own father while Mark is running away from his past. Gene is from Mariveles, Bataan while Mark is from Leyte. Destiny plays cupid on them as they meet in a far-away and picturesque town of Arayat, Pampanga. The need for somebody to hold and their mutual attraction seal their encounter.
