The card is headlined by the Submission Underground king and men’s champion Mason Fowler defending his belt against another SUG mainstay in “The Boogeyman” Richie Martinez. Both Martinez and Fowler won their most recent bouts by armbar in regulation at SUG’s last event, Submission Underground 20.
