On a cool Friday night in September, downtown Buffalo's Dunn Tire Park was the scene of a wild celebration. The Buffalo Bisons had completed a magical season with a Governors' Cup Championship. The fans were ecstatic, enjoying a Championship clinching game at home for the first time in ballpark history. The unbridled joy on the faces of players, coaches, and fans was the culmination of a remarkable year, a season in which the Bisons overcame numerous roadblocks and hurdles to become "Simply The Best."
