Reamonn: Eleven (Live & Acoustic At The Casino)(2010)
Unique and grandiose - these are probably the two adjectives that best describe what took place in March 2010 in Baden-Baden's Club Casino: a very special acoustic concert - not only because Rea Garvey and his band managed to create an intimate atmosphere and an overwhelming mood. The charismatic frontman and singer proves once again very impressively that he has both entertainment qualities and the special talent to truly touch people with his music. It is the unique mixture of Rea Garvey's sensitive voice, his charmingly idiosyncratic wit, which always creeps in, even though the Irish-born singer now speaks very good German, and the great musicality of the band that made for a magical and highly entertaining evening.
