At a gathering of notable figures in Tianchang County, the songstress Xiliu was about to reveal a secret to Judge Bao when she was suddenly killed. Judge Bao knew the culprit was among the guests that day. During the investigation, he discovered that Tianchang was in the midst of a long-planned rebellion. Following the only clue left, he repeatedly searched Puning Temple and ultimately uncovered the rebel base and the entire insurgent force.
