Then, one day, an accidental explosion causes Dr Kido to lose all his intelligence and turn into an ape. Then Dr Shishimen, who has been plotting against him for some time, arrives... Suddenly, a meteorite falls to the earth and a dragon emerges from the meteorite and begins to run rampant.
