Hitoshi Kamibayashi (Takeuchi) and Yoshiro Yazaki (Sakakibara), who quickly rushed to the position of director of the sand group, crushed the conflicting organization, Ryugumi leader Mizuta, at the same Sumida River Association, and further expanded their position.
