Overview
The protagonist, Joe Matsudaira (Sho), is transformed into the superhuman Cyber Z2 by the evil organization Megadeath. His first mission is to eliminate the traitorous superhuman Cyber Z1, Ken Kusanagi (Tsubasa)! Meanwhile, at the Megadeath hideout, a monster is training new recruits, but the recruits aren't improving, and they end up receiving punishment from the monster... And finally, Joe Matsudaira reaches Ken Kusanagi's location. The confrontation between the two Cyber Zs finally begins...!
