A Time of Mice and Hubris(fr)
Montreal, 1888. Stephanie is a young girl with a gift for the sciences. But despite her aptitudes and intelligence, she is unable to make a place for herself in the misogynous and phallocratic world of a university. She nevertheless helps her mentor, Professor Beaumont, to develop a prototype time machine. Unfortunately, the demonstration in the university laboratories proves disastrous. Rector Fenwick fires Professor Beaumont, which further humiliates Stephanie. However, she does manage to resolve the issues with the prototype in a second time machine built at Beaumont’s home. With the Rector and the members of his Committee coming to witness a final demonstration, Stephanie will, in her own way, avenge herself from her detractors. A TIME OF MICE AND HUBRIS is Quebec's first steampunk film.

Arko was a cricketer. He was an outstanding bowler and had also played for Bengal Cricket Team. Unfortunately, a torn ligament and a blotched-up operation put an end to his budding career. Frustration and depression continuously bogged him down and he tried his best to seek an alternate career. One early morning, while dropping his son to school, an accident occurs. A private bus could not apply the brakes on time at a road crossing and runs over little his son. Arko is flung aside. He survives but his son does not. Arko's life is shattered.The driver of the private bus, is arrested and the bus is seized. The Insurance Company enters the scene. Investigations begin. Who was really at fault? Why did the bus not brake on time? Was it a mechanical fault? Was the bus driver only a scape-goat? As the investigations deepen, many unpleasant realities come to the fore and Arko together with Kartick, the driver, and the Insurance agent, decide to take matters in their own hands.

"My Own Breathing" is the final documentary of the trilogy, The Murmuring about comfort women during the World War II directed by BYUN Young-joo. This is the completion of her seven years work. BYUN's first and second documentaries spoke of grandmothers' everyday life through the origin of their torment, while My Own Breathing goes back to their past from their everyday life. Deleting any device of narration or music, the camera lets grandmothers talk about themselves. Finally, the film revives their deep voices trampled by harsh history.

Ida begins traveling with the two men, and surprisingly develops an infatuation with the rumpled Otto instead of the handsome Leo. When Ida discovers she's pregnant with Otto's child, the two marry, and upon their return to Germany, Ida attempts to join in the business by creating a line of scarves decorated with koi patterns. However, the honeymoon proves short-lived, and Ida's presence creates a rift between Otto and Leo, as the latter sets up his own concern, raising koi with his new bride, Yoko.
